  Went looking for a pram today and got served by Steven. With so many prams to choose from he made my decison so quick and easy with the amount of information he provided to us. He was very knowledgeable and so hopeful. He even assembled the pram for us! Very busy store but he found the time to serve everyone. Great customer service! :-) will definitely be going back to this store. Thank you!

  This store is big and spacious with a large stock and variety. The prices are fairly average & the sales are too.

  When you have a promotion running it would be beneficial to your customers if you informed them when you are out of stock/sold out of the item. Your Lego Free set of minifigs for Oct 11-17 was not showing 'SOLD OUT' when I went to purchase my (more than ) $75 on Sunday - the previous 2 weeks' set were marked 'SOLD OUT' on the promotion stand- I only found out they were out of stock when I paid!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED VIP (???) CUSTOMER!!!

  I love large toy stores. There is a huge range here but i feel the pricing on the products could a reviewed against competitors.
