  Very average Myer store, the shoe department is always in a mess, there is never the size you want in clothing, it just seems like a mis match of things thrown together, the sales staff are friendly and there are plenty of them around, so the store really should not be so much in disarray, needs an update to its floor plans and the way it is organised.

  I have never experienced the worst possible customer service ever in my life. You have nobody working at any departments and it’s just over a week before Christmas.. disgusting. The lady who came over to serve us couldn’t help us with any of the products because it’s not her department and told us nobody is working in those departments today or away and won’t be back for a while. The lady was also rude about this I just think this is extremely poor for a department store who claims to be all about customer satisfaction but what was demonstrated today was the complete opposite. Looking forward to shopping at David Jones from now on as I don’t have to walk around stalking someone for assistance.

  Lacking many departments due to the small size of the store. Great customer service. But you have to remember to point out special offers or it will go through at full price.

  Store far too small! As Fountain Gate is the closest large shopping centre, you would have thought they would have put a decent sized store, with plenty of selections available! Sick of being told “we are only a small store and don’t stock that”. “You need to go to Chadstone or Doncaster for that”
