    We went to office works today in Narre Warren to print some funeral notices and we were served by this lady by the name of Jess who was extremely rude! She had no consideration for the situation that we were in and rude for no reason whatsoever!

    If i could give zero stars i would! I rung up at about 3pm today to enquire about a dji phantom drone and a bloke was really rude and dismissive to me. He said he doesn't know why the drones are sold in store and that "He doesn't make the rules." What a despicable attitude to customers from an organisation like officeworks.

    Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. A great range of office, home and school stationery, furniture and technology.

    Very bad customer service. I waited more than 30min for assistance they dont even bother to ask me. I went to Pakenham Officeworks today to complete my task. I am really impressed.
