  Not sure if the reviews here are fake or not. I just care about facts, and dont want pushy salespeople. These folks know their stuff, offered as much or as little information as I needed to buy my bed. I would not send my friends or family anywhere else.

  Sales incentive jobs push employees to get a sale. These jobs should not reflect on the people themselves. They're trying to live and do their job. It's company policy to try hard and get a sale.

  Hmmmm l was about to go in to purchase a King single mattress but after reading these reviews!? I don't think l will. One thing l can not tolerate is rude customer service! The ONLY way to teach them this is not ok is to boycott .

  I went to this store a few months ago. As soon as we entered the store, the older salesman with grey/white hair came up to us and asked what bed I was wanting. I said to him we are just having a look but he obviously didn't understand what that meant and kept telling me about all the 'great' beds and kept asking what I was looking for. He kept harrassing us. He kept telling me that I won't find another bed like this one at this price! (Which we all know is bs). I got quite fed up with him and said "No I don't think I'll buy one today" and he seemed to get quite angry once I said that and he just walked off.

  I don't remember the old guys name but he was a genuine toss. The beds seemed nice but I never got a chance to look or try them as I had a salesman breathing down my neck.

  I found John Paul to be the most considerate, thoughtful salesman I have ever come across. He was so incredibly helpful and understanding towards my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to afford a great bed within my limited means. Thank you, it looks great in my room and it feels so luxurious to sleep on.
