  Disgusting service. Went for a full arm and underarm waxing, the lady struggled to pull out the wax properly, attempted several times and pulled out wax in several bits and pieces and made my delicate underarm skin bleed. When asked about it she expains "you must have had something there, bcoz there was nothing there when i applied the wax". Does that even make sense?

  After finishing waxing she expected me to get up and pay without cleaning out the sticky wax off of my arms. Will never come to you again and will definitely discourage all my friends from visiting you for sure.

  DO NOT GET PEIRCINGS DONE AT ESSENTIAL BEAUTY FOUNTAIN GATE! I had the absolute worst experience getting my tragus pierced at essential beauty fountain gate. After my pericing had healed I went a purchased different jewellery, when I tried to change it they the second I touched it, the jewellery crumbled and fell to bits in my hand. I then went back purchased another jewellery, this is time paid for the girl to change it. The jewellery was WAY to small for the piercing, and after two days the jewllery was forced in and swallowed by the peircing hole. When I went back into essential beauty for the third time and after spending $70 in total on this peircing, I was told by an extremely nasty, unhelpful and down right rude employee that she could 'shove' a new jewellery through the half closed hole, or re pierce it for $25. When I asked for her to re pierce it free of charge all I got was attitude, several eye rolls and ended up being turned away without any help. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS DONE AT ESSENTIAL BEAUTY FOUNTAIN GATE! They are unprofessional, unhelpful and NASTY!

  Go to Brazilian Butterfly for hair removal next time. It's expensive but at least the job gets done right and well.

  I recently went for waxing hair removal. The therapist was nice and seemed to know the basics of what she was doing. I left happy and without a fuss. It wasn't until I got home did I realised she missed strips of hair. It was very obvious and I don't know how she missed it. I've called multiple calls to complain but I've always just got an answering machine. No return calls back :-( Sad to say I'm not going back there again.

  Horrible service. The women that work here do not help and just stand around talking and laughing like little kids. Iv also tried calling many times over a few hours and not a single answer. There all very dumb and uneducated
