  Very Untidy mess messy store also very expensive compared to other coles not many specials. store was very dirty also. Looks like management needs a kick.

  All the girls on the registers at Coles are absolutely amazing so friendly so helpful especially Brittany at Fountain Gate the girls are above all the other supermarkets thank you

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service today. Just treated me like I don't know anything at self checkouts. Never coming back. I know theu can scan items all at once if it is the same kind, instead they refused to do so and asked me to scan each and everyone seperately and bag them, seriously!! First time I got so disappointed with any coles for there customer service.

  The staff are fantastic here, friendly and helpful, but there's never enough of them on tills. Especially around 8 - 9am and 6 - 7pm. I shop here nearly every day and its consistently short staffed. I feel like I spend half my life waiting in a line here. The self check outs could be opened earlier to help with the morning bottleneck. It's super frustrating when I need to get to work and I'm waiting in a long line staring at 15 self serve checkouts that are cordoned off. I just wrote this entire review while waiting in line.... I wouldnt buy frozen goods here they'd melt in the trolley while you queued.
