  This branch makes me really consider continuing with BOM at all if these are the people they are hiring. We currently have everything with them (home loan, credit cards and savings accounts).

  Coming second best is not my ideal customer service experience. We have decided not go back to the Fountain Gate branch purely because they failed to deliver.

  This is a Home Loan Re Finance and yet the branch was not interested in us.

  Avoid this branch like the plague. Walked into here far too many times now to count, with workers who don't know or understand there services. Tellers at the front can't answer anything, or they give quick guessed answers to try and get us to leave.

  Not the best branch experience. We initially made an appointment on line at 10.00 am to see a consultant at the branch re: Home Loan refinance. We were made to wait for 20 minutes before my husband had to get up and ask the consultant for assistance. Only to find that we were not registered even though we showed the confirmation received by e-mail regarding the scheduled appointment. The staff were nice enough to make some time for us but it was rushed as they had the full day booked.

  My husband than proceeded to call the branch and arrange an appointment to proceed with the refinance and we provided them two weeks notice. My husband than was assured the appointment was scheduled and received an apology for previous oversight. My husband than call the back a day before the scheduled appointment to confirm our intentions only to find that once again were not registered. My husband than spoke to a lovely staff member who once again apologized for the oversight and did his best to fit us in at 1.45pm , oppose to the scheduled 10.00am arranged appointment with the Fountain Gate branch.

  They advise they have made the changes requested but when you walk into another branch nothing has been actioned from your last visit and we are still having the original problem.
