  Indian girl working was very rude. Quiet obvious she did not want to be there. Almost throwing the food and my children and myself. She terrible body language also was snappy when I was paying.

  Walked in well dressed ordered my meal lady said I'll bring it all out at once on one plate because from selection that needed no preparation got it bit by bit ???& a new set of knife and fork for each plate for the same meal??? and my hot beverage last??? owner must have a work for the dole wage subsided with the local special needs mental health department / theres bad service then some times you experience very stupid people, don't eat here if you don't feel like dealing with the worlds "you know" I'm so tired of paying top dollar for the most basic function of life that has to be enjoyable so you can deal with the rest of the day/worlds issues. Lady even mentioned it's not healthy here but it's fountain gate it's nice there??? Reality sucks oh well.thay also had bacon&eggs on muffin bread that's MacDonalds style at twice the price with special needs people,,/ no offence its just good as usual have a nice day.. Its Melbourne but still better than dandenong plaza

  If I could post a lower level for the quality of service I received today I would. Appalling is how I would describe it.

  Have visited this regularly but service has become terrible. A simple toasted cheese and tomato has taken 20 minutes. Staff seem to be walking around in circles

  Customer service was a indian girl i think, did not listen and it was the worst i have ever had. Due to no flavour and the crakling looked like a piece of rubber which i put in the bin.She was not interested at being their. The service before this was fantastic lets just say i will now find another place that makes pork rolls.

  Do yourself a favour avoid this cafe. Staff are rude and you don't get what you pay for.

  Fountain Gate is a big place with a lot of cafe's and management would do well to realise this.
