    I would like to thank William and Rikki for making my experience with Berwick Madza exceptional. Their customer service and that of the other staff there was second to none. The other sales people constantly made sure I was being looked after while William was off negotiating a deal for me, and being a very hot day making sure my glass of cold water was topped up regularly. This level of customer service has been a rare experience for me when buying a vehicle, especially from a whole team. And many thanks to William for helping me get my new car!

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one answers the phones and staff are less than interested to talk to you. Got a much better deal at another Mazda dealership.
