  I would like to thank Mark and everyone else at Berwick Toyota for helping me purchase my first dream car. Buying a car can be stressful after constantly waiting for the perfect one to come along, but Mark made it an easy transition and did all he could to find exactly what I wanted. He also kept up with my fussy needs which not a lot of dealers would have put effort into.   I was buying a new car after 18 years of having a Toyota Starlet, this was a stressful and overwhelming time for me, but the staff in particular Matt, Will, Nadine, Colin, Stephen and Tim helped me walk through the options and took the time to help me through the processes. What I was really impressed with was feeling respected and valued, as a single lady so often people take you metaphorically "for a ride" but the staff were genuine and was honest, this is the bonus of dealing with a community and family orientated company.   Picked up our Corolla today. From first contact, we received outstanding service. Salesman, Will, was exceptionally polite and professional. All our questions were answered clearly and we were given all the time we needed. Very impressed by the clean, welcoming surrounds at the dealership.

  Bought a used car here today. Received excellent customer service from my initial enquiry, up to test drive and sale. Gerald was very attentive to my needs, patient and knowledgeable about the car. He definitely threw in a few salesman tactics but it was always light and friendly, and I never felt pressured. He also stayed well beyond closing time to discuss any issues I had. Thanks, Gerald.
