  We have just purchased our first Mercedes Benz from the Berwick Dealership last week. Great Team of professionals working in Berwick office. The salesman we dealt with was Michael Wong, he was absolutely nice and very patient and considerate to our requirements, answered all our questions, very honest discussions and helped us on test drive and gone through all features and differences of other models, great help and support extended to us. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase of our new Merck and have told and recommended to our friends and family about MB Berwick and Great services. It has been a good and great experience all round. This encourages us to go for the next car from MB Berwick team.

  WOW! Where do i start? Massive THANK YOU to Russell Palmer for making the process soo easy! The service that i received from start to finish was exceptional. The car was driven down to my workplace as i did not have the time to come in. I test drove the car and loved it! Finance was flawless. I picked the car up 3 days later. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a Mercedes. Will be back in 4 years to purchase my next one. Thanks again!

  We bought an ML series through this dealership and it's been a pretty good car since day one. The dealership itself isn't push, they offer great service, pre sales and after sales. We get loan vehicles when car is serviced. You'll see car dealerships wanting to post reviews after you buy their cars, lots of reviews from people with few reviews. We've posted over 100 reviews on many places, this place is worth the drive as it's the best Mercedes dealer in town.
