  Dishonest service, charged me double the retail price for parts, Very dissapointing to see a store using a well trusted brand like Kmart that usually offers good value for money to rip of hard working people.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I booked in for a service and change the Tyres as they advised all my Tyres needed changing. Long story short they charged me $850 for changing my 4 tyres. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR ADVISING THAT MY CAR WAS A PIECE OF SH1# AND ITS NOT WORTH WORKING ON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Not worth a STAR AT ALL

  I am happy to pay good money for good parts and service not happy to be overcharged then lied to so I wont be using Kmart Tyre and Auto again after this experience.

  going through the central booking now is terrible 9 minutes to get through then put through to the wrong store !! Why I ask ???

  The store manager was friendly very professional and honest about my tyre change. Service was also very quick despite being close to closing time. Highly recommended

  I had previously taken my falcon sedan in at another business for a wheel alignment but was still having problems. I decided to try Kmart Tyre and auto and the service was really good. They fixed my wheel alignment problem and asked me to come back when I had some spare time to double check on it as my situation had been a bit different (referring to my alignment problem)
