  Major delays in delivery and never received one item. I tired calling customer service however but was rude and unhelpful. Eventually received an email 3 weeks after the original order placed, stating the Jacket was unavailable and received a code for free delivery but only valid for 10 days.

  It was only a 80$ purchase but what annoys me is the experience. Feels like they are just waiting to swipe your card! And they don't know you after that.

  Icing on the cake was the head office customer service. It's been more than a week and they haven't closed the matter. Emma I'm still waiting for a call as you advised.

  I've been shopping at this store for a long time and usually it's a great experience- great staff and lovely clothes! But this time it was different. I purchased few clothes and had to return them as I realized that they were not right fit for the purpose I bought them. I know it took me 10 minutes to realize that! But store refused to give me refund! Guys it was 10 minutes not 10 days! I've been your customer for 3 years! Writing terms on invoice is not enough as a customer gets the invoice after the purchase! It's too late until then. Either you should advise every customer personally or have it in writing in big font at the entrance rather than a tiny font at the side of the pos counter which can be hidden due to clutter of items around. What you did was illegal and against consumer law!
