  I just walked out of the worst customer service experience. I was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store which was close to half an hour. The staff were having a laugh about something amongst themselves. I went into the fitting rooms to try a few pants and I was offered no help with sizes. When I finally got a “How are you going?” from the female staff member, I told them I was struggling to find pants, hoping I would get some help. But instead she didn’t even listen to me and was absent mindedly smiling at something else. I walked out in frustration as the male staff member continued to ignore me.

  I go to this store all the time and they give great service. I have also purchased accessories for a wedding party of 5 from here and they order everything in and are happy to hold it until I can get in to pay.

  I figured that I'd just look as it would be too hard to buy clothes with the kids. I thought wrong. The saleswoman was amazing. Not only did she help me choose clothes, she even looked after both kids, so I could try the clothes on. Most people panic such young kids but the sales person was awesome. I purched a suit, pants, shirts and ties.

  I went in on a Sunday morning recently. My wife needed a sleep in so I took our two young kids- a 3 month old and a 15 month old.
