  What a pity I can't give zero star....Extremely terrible experience in this Harvey Norman!!!!!!, especially for the service from the manager of computer and IT department. On the first day, I placed one mobile plan order but stuck at the credit check, they told me they can not help and just have to wait, also they asked me to call the mobile service provider by myself. The following two days I spend hours on calling mobile service provider but still can not get any progress. On the 4th day, I went to Harvey Norman to seek the help again, what happened was shocking me: the staff Djay just simply gave a call to mobile service provider with their retailer number, my credit check was approved in half hour !!! I believe they trick the customer as they didn't do what they can/should do but intentionally wasting the time of customer!! Shame on your service quality !! Moreover, the manager of Computer and IT department in fountain gate HN store has the ridiculous bad attitude: he said it was not their fault and indicated "no one push you shopping here and you can just go away " with arrogant tone !!!!!! obviously he understand as the retailer they can directly contact mobile service provider in some cases, but he cheated customer he cannot do everything except waiting! If so, how to explain what happed today? you can solve my problem in less half hour but still let me waste time on previous days??????!!!They are not busy at all as in most day-time the number of customer is less than the walking staff. This review could be the caution for those potential customers who want to shopping in this HN.

  Friendly customer service. Ample parking. Easy access form car park. Ideal one stop shop for home furnishings, electronics and technology. There are many staff that are able help with what ever your needs to be. The vast displays of products and furniture, just astounds me! Definitely a must for people wanting upgrade or buy something new.

  Would never shop from here again. They like to scam you through Flexi rent. If they convince you to buy something through FLEXI RENT please don't go ahead its nothing but a way of sucking more money out of you.

  Never shopping here again or at any of their stores. Brought a laptop and they scammed me big time. Then when I confronted them about it they tried to scam me again. Don’t even waste your time with them or Flexi rent for that matter.

  harvey norman should be removed flexi rent from those store because they are rips off ,doggy shouldn't operate in this store . they are rips off company . most the costumers very angry ,disapointed
