  I don't normally write reviews but the service we received recently from Jose - one of the gaming experts at JB Fountain Gate - compelled me to leave a small thank you. My partner and I went in to buy a PS4 Pro during one of your sales and Jose attended to us immediately. Jose was polite, patient, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We ended up buying a few extra games based off his recommendations. He is a great asset to the team at JB Hi-Fi FG.

  I had a pricing issue with a phone I had purchased, I went to this store with the expectation that nothing could be done, however I was blown away by the positive response from the store manager and staff who were prepared to sort my issue out on one of the busiest trading days of the year (Black Friday). I have a new appreciation for this store and it's staff. Thanks for the above and beyond commitment to your customers and I most defiantly will be back for future purchases. Thanks Lucas and staff. WOW!

  Great customer service experience. Always ask for a JB deal if you see the product cheaper elsewhere. They will give you a good deal. They did for me.

  Had the best experience today with Zak Douglas from JB Narre Warren. His customer service skills where fantastic and nothing was too much of a hassle! Thank you so much Zak, your a legend!

  The place has a very rude staff. I was served by one of the employees named Nate. I brought back the laptop that I had purchased there 2 weeks earlier as it was not functioning properly. However when I tried to explain it to Nate, he didnt let me speak. He kept interrupting me and was condecending the whole time. In the end the issue was not resolved and I did not get any help.
