  Bought 12 roses for my wife, only to have them droop the next day (they were kept in water the entire time, not in the heat, etc). I rang up, and they said bring the in for an exchange. Not only did a cop a 'this is your fault, not ours', but a grilling over the way I had treated the flowers, "oh but this never happens, you must have left them overnight in the packaging", which was certainly not the case. Rude, terrible customer service, and the quality of the products has certainly gone down drastically. Run Away. Fast. Do not look back.

  Really dissapointed with the quality of flowers this shop sells. Bought a bunch of Iris and straight home and into water. NEVER OPENED UP. Within 2 days they were going brown and dead. Customer service is really bad and they can't get you out of the shop quick enough, now I know why. So you don't get time to realise how second rate the flowers are.

  Avoid this florest even if you are desperate, You'd be better going to get flowers from Woolies.
