    Paul (the new guy :) was fantastic. What he didn't know he immediately went and found out for us. He was patient and made some really fantastic suggestions when it came to choosing our new bed. Great shopping experience, couldnt have asked for more.

    Worst customer service, absolutely disgusting. They sell you something and try and say it comes with warranty etc but they don't tell you any of the catches
