  Eventually I re-booked. On the day of the booking I was called up to ask if I'd been following the 2 week preparation using the products they sell... Wha?!?! I had not been told about this. I asked if I could come in and swap my treatment for micro-dermabrasion... they said yes. When I got there things got a bit weird. I was asked to come into a treatment room to where they wanted to have a chat with me. A pushy lady tried to get me to sit on the bed. I said, whats going on?.. lets just do the treatment. She told me they wouldn't be able to return the balance of my money. I cracked it, mentioned 'consumer affairs', cancelled my dermabrasion, got my $$ back & got outta there. Shame... previously I had enjoyed blowing my $$ there. Wonder if all Aus Skin Clinics are so desperado for $$??

  Booked a treatment in person. Was forced to pay up front to lock in the special price. I said I may not be able to make the appointment for the next day. Rang up and initially was told I owe $45 for cancelling. :-/

  Wont ever come here again. Got treated for my masseter for headaches and clenching. Wish i never got it done here. 10 x worse than ever before. Now have squeaking in my jaw.
