  Would not shop anywhere else for my hair care. Knowledgeable staff that give great advice and will not just sell you anything for the sake of a sale.

  Absolutely fantastic. I booked in for me and my partner to get two mens cuts. Elise was fantastic by phone and in person. She was friendly and joking with us. Even asked to make sure she wasn't being offensive before sharing a laugh.

  I accidentally thought she read my phone over my shoulder when mentioning a bit of shopping I was doing. (this didn't bother me, read my phone at your own risk :p) and immediately became apologetic and trying to explain she hadn't. Even my partner told me I'd said it out loud like Im an idiot.

  Racist and pretentious manager. Walked in with my partner to search for a hair styling wax and in the midst of it that girl says "You wanna take it out of your bag?" I was so insulted. Tell me how is this customer service? Very very unacceptable TURN THE OTHER WAY.
