  Disgusting service. The salon is filthy, instead of cleaning their stations they sit on their arses playing with their phones. Then used all their filthy utensils on us!! The woman that did my nails was so rough and so rude I couldn’t wait to get out of there, she was making a point of pinching and twisting my fingers my nail beds are sanded down to their last end and throbbing! When she turned the fan on nail dust went up in my face! My nails are crooked, uneven, rough and hideous. They’re not worth $50 at all!! Do not go here! Thoroughly ticked off! Edit- 5days later and 7nails have come off

  My toes look great, but the lady was getting me to put my feet in really awkward positions, and when I tried to tell her it was becoming painful she just ignored me, that or she didn't understand and ignored me. I took my foot out of the UV machine because my leg was shaking from the strain (machine had turned off) and she had a go at me because the machine might fall (probably because she did the shellac whilst I was sitting in the foot spa chair!). Weird, disappointing experience.

  I got acrylic nails done and three days later one of them snapped. I've had acrylic nails done several times but it has never snapped from opening a door! So I went back and asked them to repair it and they charged me $5 to fix one nail and while the lady was doing it she was taking a call on her personal mobile, which is highly unprofessional. The staff was very rude as well. All they care is about the money and not the quality. I also had shellac pedicure done and three days later the nail polish started peeling off. Usually these are meant to last a month, but clearly the staff didn't do their job properly.

  You're better off paying more at another place than ever coming here. I would not reccommend this place at all.

  Probably the worst experience I've had getting my nails done. The lady serving me was incredibly rude, I asked her if they had a baby pink sns because I couldn't find one and she told me to look harder because it would be close before I picked a colour. Very unhelpful. The previous sns hasn't been removed properly so my nails are all lumpy and when shaping my nails they have been filed back so far that they are extremely painful

  Full set of Acrylic done on Saturday, service was okay and price standard. Three have lifted/fallen off on Monday from nothing more rigerous than typing.
