  Kept me on hold (on phone) for a long time, and then I could hear someone actually hang up the receiver. When they do answer and you say you want to book an ultrasound, they'll bark at you "Yeah but want kind of ultrasound?!" Unprofessional attitude.

  Poor phone service. I change my mind, I am not coming to this place. I am going to other place and pay $$$ but I get the excellent service from reseptionist to the specialists.

  Went for a dating scan. Real excited and have been looking forward to it. 6 weeks. She just scanned my tummy and couldn't see anything. I asked her if she could do Internal scan and she said no. If she can't see baby, then she won't see baby doing an internal scan. I only came here cause it was bulk billed. So next week I have an appointment for a dating scan at South East private hospital. Where I usually go. Its worth paying for. I forgot to add the receptionist was RUDE as hell!! I was sitting there getting pissed off how she treats patients. If you don't want to work there, get lost!

  There is this receptionist lady who is so rude and unprofessional. She always refused to take booking until you've passed your due date (she's always work in the morning swift) or book a week before your due date and no earlier than that. The most terrible thing is she will offered you to book for another place if you are not happy with their policy. What a great customer service is this!!! But the rest of the team from this place is awesome where other receptioniest who work in later hours are usually more easy going and friendly.

  The person behind the phone in this place is very rude and the soon as she picks up the phone it feels like a dog barking at you.
