    The staff are very friendly, helpful knowledgeable about their craft.

    The staff are very pleasant but when it comes to sorting out issues with "gift vouchers" they are totally hopeless. I have had to repeatedly enquire about an issue I am having with a voucher I bought my daughter just prior to Christmas. They never get back to me when they say they will and the issue has still not been resolved. I am not at all happy with their customer service. It seems they are very happy to sell you something, but when it comes to sorting out issues with things that have been purchased i.e. "vouchers", no help at all. I am generalising here, and certainly not complaining about all staff members, only those I have dealt with regarding this issue.
