  I am sorry to see others having bad experience with the Casey City Council. My contacts with the Casey Council however are always been very pleasant. The staff are very polite and helpful and each time answered my questions and completed my requests in a very professional way.

  Absolutely disgusting service. Constantly ip my rates every year and value my house well over what it's worth. Booked in for a hard rubbish collection and apparently i had already used it early January so when it came time to pick it up they just cancelled it and didn't pick up my rubbish. They didn't even let me know it was cancelled so the rubbish has sat out there all week. Worst council i jave ever had

  Spoke with Sharon at Casey Council who was absolutely rude, condescending, kept saying "I don't deal with" rather than "Council doesn't deal with", I am shocked and appalled at her level of customer service, and the fact that my council rates pay her wages that I had to put up with her attitude. I believe she needs extensive training in customer care and shouldn't have direct contact with customers as it is a poor representation of my council.
