    Medicare stuffed up and sent us a cheque In the wrong name due to someone not.knowing how to do their job. Was told to go into the office and it would be rectified on the spot. Had to come with my special needs child and 4 year old in tow only to be told to wait at least 1/2 hour. My children were thirsty so they politely asked the lady at the front only to be told she couldn't help as she didn't have a headpiece on. Absolutely disgraceful.

    It feels like mentally challenged sloths are working there, service is horrid, don;t ever get involved with this place!!!! Been on hold for around 2 hours each time i call.....

    What happened to the medicare offices? The wait is offensively long and is it just me or does it look to everyone like the staff are on a go slow.
