  We ordered our meal via the self serve kiosks. We received no docket but managed to view our number. After a 20 minute wait and seeing other people who'd arrived after us get their meals we decided to ask at the counter as to the whereabouts of our order. After another 5 mins and repeating every item we had ordered we finally received our meal with nothing more than an apology. After this effort we should have been offered a voucher or possibly something else thrown in for free. I will not be coming back to this Macias in any hurry.

  Had a Bacon and egg McMuffin for lunch, had obviously been there since early morning, muffin was like a brick, definitely not ok for human consumption. However the girls on the drive through were very efficient, shame the other staff let them down

  WOULD YOU BLOODY STOP WITH THE "OH THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN" ESPICIALLY THAT BLOKE NAMED PAUL NAWOOD HE BLOODY PISSES ME OFF I DONT TRUST HIM COOKING MY BLOODY CHICKEN HE LOOKS VERY UNTRUSTABLE AND SHOULD GET SACKED IN MY OPINION I HEARD THE BLOKE WAS INVOLVED IN THE APEX GANG LIKE SERIOUSLY HOW DO YOU TRUST THE BLOODY PRICK

  One of the best McDonald’s in Melbourne. Quick service and good coffee. Specially at drive through.

  Oreded 2 coffees, one Vanilla Latte and one a Capp. Took advantage of the free fruit muffin offer on both, asked to park up and wait for my order. When it arrived there were no muffins and the coffees were not marked so I didn’t know which was which. I asked the guy about the muffins who told me that had run out, asked which coffee is which and he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know because they didn’t mark them. I rang the store on the way home, no major dramas but thought the feedback would be appreciated. The manageress advised that the offer for the muffins had expired, I told her that it’s still advertised and was accepted when I placed my order, also told her about the coffees to which she replied it’s easy to tell the difference by taste - no worries, I’ll just take a sip of somone else’s drink! She then hung up and wouldn’t answer again. Funnily when I called from my other phone she answered straight away. This is how a small thing can become something a lot bigger by somone not really caring about their job.
