  Came here a couple of times with my mom, and once with my cousins, service was great, we once found a blonde strand of hair and we were all brunettes, they brought out another one even though we didn’t ask for it and didn’t charge us. Funny but awesome. Food is okay.

  Shocking service, they bought our drinks out three times wrong and then we waited and hour for our food before deciding to leave . The table next to us had cold food after telling us they waited for 1.5 . Staff were all rude and not experienced at all. Twice said ' we will find out how long the food will be but never came back '. I used to love this place but will never be coming back.

  Very well customer service and absolutely delicious food! I always enjoy coming here it's a beautiful place to eat, wonderful food with gorgeous staff who all have smiles on their faces! You can tell these waiters are really passionate about what they do! The staff are very understanding to the customers needs always making sure that we are okay and up selling drinks. I always see so many middle aged divorced single soccer mums posting terrible reviews writing nothing but absolute rubbish. I always take my kids and relatives here and they love it! Staff are just so helpful despite the fact that they are having to multitask and not to mention dealing with unreasonable rude customers. The only thing that is an annoyance and that needs a change to this restaurant is the fact that the tables aren't numbered and it would save time when paying up front. If they could at least number the candles so that when we go to pay we can see what table number we are. Keep going with the amazing work!!! :D

  Terrible service. Ordered appetisers and shakes that took 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered mains and had to wait a further 40 minutes before I had to ask someone what was happening. I was told "it was called 10minutes ago"... absolutely no care for customer service. The manager then had the decency to offer mains as takeaway... seriously? Never coming back and will never recommend your restaurant to anyone.
