  I was there last Friday. I booked the most expensive booth for my birthday and organised it via a promoter. Worst thing ever! I was told i would get bottle service and my very own host. I got a host with the personality of a cardboard box. I expected the bottle and host to stay in the both or close by as that's what I've normally received at every other club, but that's not the case at empire. The bottle stays behind the bar which is meters away and every time you ask for a drink the host has to fight the crowd to get back to your booth! if I'm paying top dollar for the best booths in the house I expect for the club to bring me what I paid for. Secondly, to promise me shots and not deliver them, then fight with 2 other staff members over it was the the nail in the coffin. I asked if I could open up a tab for drinks I was denied. You promote $6 drinks, my bland host charged me $9..maybe dyslexia got the better of her that night. Whatever the reason I definitely didn't get what I paid for.

  The management is useless and treating people like pigs inside the club. They kicked our friends for no reason inside the club. They were not drunk too. We missed our friends’ birthday party 2 weeks ago because they didn’t let us in even though we had girls in our group. Please do not waste time in Empire Narre Warren. Worth going to a proper club in the city!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE NIGHTOUT!

  Bad experience, they wouldn't let guys in without a girl, and i missed my sisters birthday due to that. Would not recommend.

  Kicked me out for no reason, apparently i was tired but i was just sitting with my friends having a drink. I truly don't understand.
