  Nice large shop, huge range of animals and stock and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They spent almost an hour with me helping me with everything I needed to know and they looked after me quite well. Their prices seem competitive or cheaper in most cases to other stores I've been to.   Great service, excellent range of fish and reptiles. They have never once complained about me and my son coming in to take a look with no intention of purchasing anything. Now we're considering buying one and they are being very helpful with helping me make a smart decision. They tell me short term savings vs long term so i can make the decision on whats best for me. Because they were always so kind in letting us check out their animals with not even so much as a dirty look, they have guaranteed that i will be purchasing from them. I was a repeat offender of looking with no sales so now they can reap the rewards of their kindness. Good work guys
