    Went there looking for a groomer that I followed from box hill south. Not realising there is two stores. I went into the grooming part to realise Mel wasn’t there. I asked if there was another store. They were rude, and didn’t want to help me. Go to the store near princess highway. The staff there is lovely and the groomer is AMAZING!!! Totally worth the 40 minute drive for groomer like MEL!

    Called to bring my dog in for an emergency on a public holiday. Receptionist was rude and had extremely cold tone, and so I went else where...If you are going to employ people like this I'm not coming back

    Great range of products and very helpful staff.

    Shocking service picking up a click and collect. They only brought out half my order and I had to wait while they served everyone else in the store before finishing serving me. Management need to look into this. 9am on a Friday.

    Great selection of products, always good service, vet clinic very good, little expensive but good staff.
