  Very disappointing experience. I requested a medium size pet door to be installed in a very big glass....so quite expensive. I accepted the quote and when they came to my apartment (under renovation, so my dog was not there) I noticed the door was very small. I pointed this out and I was shown videos of big dogs going through that size of door with no issue. Same night I brought my dog to try the door and he struggled to fit in there. I sent pics to Ivonne as she requested. I was told the following week they will come over to fix the issue. Since, then I have sent several messages, tried to call many times, no answer at all.

  get my SureFlap cat door installed, very efficient and professional work, and the door just saved my life! After several hours practice, my cat is enjoying his outdoor life and we no longer have to worry about his spotting behaviour at home! Yeah~~~

  As said, I always requested medium size door, they decided at their own discretion that small door was what I needed, never double checking with me.....and now no answers at all. Btw, I am a single mother who works very hard, so of course I cannot afford to contact someone else to fix this problem. As said, very disappointing.

  We bought our doggie door via EBay, and was delivered and installed the same day. Service and delivery perfect. Every person with dogs and cats must have these, as it saves so much time hopping up and down all the time. Very high quality, dogs and cats love it, and the door can be easily adjusted to make it one way, two way or locked. All I can say I f you're after a doggie or cat door, this is the only place to buy from.

  Fabulous, friendly, family owned company, offering great prices, great service & expertise! 2nd time I have used this company and just as impressed as the first time! Super clean, highly recommended. Don't hesitate to use this company - other companies out there can be highly unprofessional (even turning up stoned!), charge a lot more and leave a mess too.   Returning as a Second time customer, and just as happy this time. They turned up when they said, did the installation with out any fuss. Cleaned up and all finished in a timely manner and still had time for a short chat. First time it was a dog door installed in a window, they looked after the glass cutting, the glass hardening (so its safer) and installation. Second installation was an outside wooded door. I would recommend the product and service with no hesitation. I am not affiliated in any way to the Aussie Pet Door company, Just happy to give a factual recommendation. Keep up the good work.
