  Very happy with the service provided by the Store Manager and their team. Always happy to help, be it in store or over the phone. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, and keen to help. Many thanks for getting me out of tricky situation again. Would highly recommend.

  They do not know what they are doing the sales person there was so bad even in knowing sales process he gave us false info about the phone plans twice ( just to sell the higher plan )also after all of this he is telling me we will aprove your second phone in month

  Fantastic customer service. When in there with a brand new dodgy galaxy s7 and swapped it over for a brand new one straight away, without question after they witnessed the issues. After going to Keysborough Optus who said they couldn't swap it for a new one, I was grateful that Fountain Gate actually cared about their customers and were willing to help me. Great job Fountain Gate!!

  I will openly be a detractor for this store and it's manager. So sad managers like this still exist.

  I have purchased 3 phones from this store in the last 10 months, I would never recommend this store, the information they gave me was wrong and dishonest, I tried to resolve the problem on the weekend but the manager simply dismissed me and didn't even have the time to listen to my concern.

  Terrible communication amongst team members. Called me 6 times with same issue. Still no resolution 3 weeks on..............
